The Russell County Fair & Horse Show brings increased traffic, pedestrians, and parked vehicles to the fairgrounds and surrounding area. Castlewood Fire & Rescue asks everyone attending the fair to help us maintain safe and reliable access for emergency vehicles.

Please Park Only in Designated Parking Areas

When attending the fair, please park in designated parking areas and avoid parking along roadways, shoulders, entrances, or other areas not intended for parking.

Heavy rain can quickly turn roads, low-water crossings, driveways, and drainage areas into dangerous flood zones. Castlewood Fire & Rescue reminds everyone: never attempt to drive through flooded roadways.
